These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brixbrokers.com and the services of Brix Insurance Brokerage ("Brix," "we," "us" or "our"). 2. About Brix Insurance Brokerage
Brix Insurance Brokerage is an independent insurance brokerage licensed in California (License #6014669), located at 520 E Broadway, #408A, Glendale, CA 91205. As a broker, we help you find and purchase insurance from insurance companies ("carriers"). We do not issue insurance policies ourselves.
3. Website information is not a policy
The coverage descriptions, FAQs and other content on this website are general information only. They are not an insurance policy, a contract, or legal, tax or financial advice. Coverage, limits, exclusions and conditions vary by carrier and policy. Only the actual policy issued by the carrier determines what is covered.
4. Quotes and binding coverage
Submitting a form, calling us or receiving a quote does not mean you are insured. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to the carrier's underwriting review and approval. Prices and availability can change.
Coverage is not in effect until it has been bound by the carrier and confirmed by us in writing. Do not assume coverage has been added, changed or cancelled based on a voicemail, text message, email or website form until we confirm it.
5. Our carrier partners and compensation
We partner with 65+ A-Rated insurance carriers. Not every carrier offers every type of coverage or insures every business, so the carriers we compare for you depend on your coverage needs, location and type of business.
Like most insurance brokers, we are generally paid a commission by the insurance carrier when a policy is purchased, and in some cases we may charge a broker fee, which will always be disclosed to you in advance.
6. Text message (SMS) terms
By checking the consent box on our forms or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Brix Insurance Brokerage about your inquiry and your insurance, including quotes, policy updates, appointment scheduling, follow-ups and billing reminders.

- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
7. Calls and emails
By submitting a form, you also agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when requesting quotes or coverage. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect your price, delay coverage, or cause a carrier to deny a claim or cancel a policy. Please review your policy documents carefully and contact us with any questions.
9. Third-party websites and services
This website links to third-party websites and services, such as Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram and our online client portal, which is provided by a third-party vendor. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites and services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The text, design, logos and other content on this website belong to Brix Insurance Brokerage or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
